Philodendron hederaceum var. hederaceum (commonly known as 'Micans') is a climbing velvet leaf philodendron similar to Philodendron 'cordatum'. 

This is an indoor only plant in Victoria, and can tolerate morning light but no other direct sunlight. To increase leaf size, provide a totem pole it can climb- as it climbs, leaf size and growth rate will increase.

Keep warm in winter, in a heated area of the house.
